Summer

Summer is still coming out of her shell. She is a 2 year old, 13 lbs dachshund mix. She was rescued from Coachella Valley shelter. She is still very shy and learning to trust humans. She loves sleep on the couch, does great on leash, and does great with other dogs. Slowly but surely she is learning how to be a dog! She still does not like being touched - she doesn't nip, but runs away and hides. She peaks her head out and often looks like she wants to be included in things but then will hide when the attention turns to her. She is looking for a patient home where she can open up and be loved. She will get it soon!
